Okay just on the off chance that someone here knows what I'm talking about, I've been looking for a couple specific Kirk/Spock fics for a while.

1. Spock feels Kirk being unfaithful through the bond, but when he goes down to investigate, he finds Kirk with an alternate reality version of himself who never rejected the VSA. Alt-Spock found himself in their reality, was accosted by an amorous Kirk, and, reeling from the knowledge that in this reality Vulcan has been destroyed, just let himself go with the flow when Kirk grabbed him. It went on to try to get him back to his reality, and inspired him to find his own Kirk, and there was a Spock-sanctioned sex scene with alt-Spock.

2. All I remember is Spock (?) taking a lot of time to prepare during sex and Kirk (?) complaining with the line "anyone else would be up my ass right now." I feel like I might be mixing fandoms or characters up with this one, but maybe someone else can tell me where it's from.

On a related note, ever notice that when you try to describe a fic, it just sounds totally crap and ridiculous?
