 I am a firm believer in OT3.  I think Kirk Spock and McCoy simply cannot function without eachother.  I place the blame for my new found faith in OT3 SQUARELY on the shoulders of  lilbatfacedgirl  and the AWESOME win of her story That's Why You Close Your Eyes.  OT3 ALL THE WAY.  I'm having trouble imagining my boys any other way now.  So please, pile them on, all the OT3 fics you can think of, I don't care if it's Reboot or TOS or mirrorverse or WHATEVER. So long as it's the three of them together.  and of course, preferably R rated and plus, but that's not a hard and fast rule.

well, "NOOB" is a little bit of a misnomer since I've been reading K/S since i was like 13, but didn't discover LJ or FF.net until now. I mostly sped through everything that was on the ASCEM group (alt.startrek.creative.erotica.moderated) but never book-marked anything. and then the new movie re-sparked my interest. Thus far Atlas is the best K/S story i've read, but for me, in the AOS-verse, Kirk McCoy makes a little more sense. er... all that to say... um... you've probably read everything i've read. have you tried tinkertoysdamn?

Called you Friend (http://the-arc5-fic.livejournal.com/10918.html) by the_arc5 is UNBELIEVABLY well-written, very original stylistically as fanfiction goes, incredibly subtle and full of emotional impact done just the right way. The summary is this:The Enterprise is sent to deal with a situation, and one of their own is taken. But this is not where the story begins. Really, there's so, so much to this fic and I really can't believe fandom has sort of overlooked it.
