-A Misplaced Story

I'm a fairly new reader to Star Trek Reboot fics, but I've already misplaced the link to one of the stories on my favorites list. =)

The story is mainly Kirk-centric, possibly gen, where Kirk is bored out of his mind after he's finished with all of his duties and starts wandering around into the various departments to help out/keep himself occupied. This leads to the Department Heads pleading for Spock to intervene and stop the "surprise inspections." In a desperate attempt to keep everyone calm, Spock suggests to Kirk that maybe he should spend his spare time running emergency drills. Kirk decides not only to run emergency drills, but to redesign them...creatively. The rest of the story goes on to detail the hijinks that result from the entire crew. If I remember this correctly, there was a mock drill involving a dinosaur attack, and Spock (refusing to?) calculate the odds that the Enterprise would be attacked by dinosaurs on an away mission (and, of course, they are).

Does this sound familiar at all to anyone?
