Kirk brings back Spock's Mom

hi. I am looking for a story that I read some time ago where Kirk is granted a wish by an alien race and he wishes to bring back Spock's mom.Or the wish is for Spock's great wish. Any Amanda comes back.  I think it was a long story and I think it ended up Kirk/Spock. Thank you!!
