Jim with Glasses

Okay so in this fic (so far as I remember) Jim is captain of Enterprise and after a while needs glasses. However to figure out what kind he neds to preform certain tests? and refuses to let Bones do it because he isn't certified in Eyes. Bones gets certified and tests Jim (I remember something about Jim being pissed that Bones dilated his eyes because he had to finish a top secret clearance report/project?)

Anyways, so Jim gets glasses on his next shore leave and just picks the first pair he finds. Plain black geeky frames. Only suddenly everyone wants to sleep with Jim(who is clueless) because he looks hot AND smart.

Ends with it being Jim/Bones.

(also, does anyone know where I can find "That Monogamy Thing" and "I'm so in Love, I Practically Shit Glitter"?)
