Jim sees beauty

I'm looking for a fic which I think is in a 5 + 1 format. It's about Jim, and it's either about people he's had sex with, the way he sees beauty, or surprising things about him.

There's this one scene where he meets a good friend who has an eyepatch (I think it's Thomas Leighton) and calls him gorgeous and goes drinking with him, and it's such a sweet scene that I'd love to see it again. Thankyou.
