A fic search (or 4)

My first request is simple: I am looking for genfic -- specifially, genfic where Spock/Uhura is mentioned in less than 2 sentences out of the entire story. I freely admit to having an extreme dislike of that pairing, so I'm doing my level best to avoid it at all costs.
My second request is . . . not as straightforward. I rewatched the movie recently (which got me craving fic again) and I desperately want to read fic showing Uhura and/or McCoy being officially taken to task for their actions: Uhura and McCoy for their complete unprofessionalism (and, in McCoy's case, familiarity as well) during the Kobyashi Maru (Kirk already got his) and Uhura for her continuing unprofessionalism, lack of respect toward her captain, and abandoment of her post in the middle of a catastrophic event. That just grates on my nerves, especially since it was treated as completely normal in fic (at least, it was in fic up to the beginning of this year, when my reading tapered off) while Kirk is consistently taken to task and reminded of his actions, attitude, etc.
So, if anyone can help send me in the right direction, I'll be forever grateful and provide chocolate (or life-sized K/S/Mc dolls, whichever you prefer). Thanks in advance!

Some gen fics:
Convergence (http://mijan.livejournal.com/145497.html) by
Summary: Christopher Pike wasn't supposed to be in Iowa, but there he was, weighing his future against scales that would never balance. Jim Kirk had given up on his future long ago. Leonard McCoy's past had been pulled out from underneath him, and he was ready to let his future go with it. Paths converge in the least likely places as three people realize that their futures are what they make of them. Star Trek 2009. Sequel is "All the King's Men".
And All the King's Men (http://mijan.livejournal.com/142019.html) by
Summary: "How many times can you patch up something before you realize that it's too fucking broken to fix, Bones?" When a training simulation uncovers something that Cadet Jim Kirk was never meant to remember, it breaks him. Leonard McCoy can't sit by and watch Jim crumble. When asked what he's willing to do to get the old Jim back, Leonard has only one answer. "Anything." Star Trek 2009 Kirk & McCoy. Prequel is "Convergence".
CMO Confidential (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5486495/1/CMO_Confidential) by
McCoy's position as CMO gives him new information about Jim's past, and a new responsibility for his welfare. Shows the development of relationships between the crew just after the Narada incident until the Enterprise returns home.
Precious Things: Legacy (http://haearnmouse.livejournal.com/31748.html#cutid1) by
Summary: Every message finds it's way home, somehow. A young botanist volunteers to work on New Vulcan.
Time's Divergence (http://logical-stimuli.livejournal.com/1603.html) by
Spock Prime finds baby James Kirk in the remains of the Kelvin and adopts him.
Collecting Fallout from the Blast (http://northatlantic.livejournal.com/629155.html) by
Summary: "Some day, you're going to tell me this story, right? I mean, with a name like Tiberius, there has to be a story."
Adaptation (http://community.livejournal.com/startrekbigbang/36836.html) by
Summary: This story examines some of the consequences and implications of the destruction of the planet Vulcan by Nero, which should be major since Vulcan is one of the founding members of the United Federation of Planets. Everyone will have to change old assumptions and adapt to the new reality of the loss of one of the Federation's pillars.
Sugar and Spice and Goddamn Romulans (http://community.livejournal.com/startrekbigbang/38444.html) by
Summary: Sybok finds Spock in the aftermath of Vulcan's destruction. Meanwhile, Starfleet's recruiting like they have a war on their hands. If he can have free baking privileges, get closer to the heart of the galaxy, and help Spock - well, why not? (This is technically not gen, but it reads like it. The story is told from Sybok's point of view and is about his relationship with his brother Spock. The pairing is weird (Spock/Uhura/Kirk/Mccoy) and I thought totally out of character for Spock. However, it's all in the background, and it takes up maybe a paragraph or two out of the whole fic (which is quite long). Sybok's -WTF?, alright kid, whatever makes you happy- reaction to his brothers love life is kind of funny, too.)
