Hey, can you guys rec me a good chaptered Kirk/Spock fic. It's been a while since I've been on here so I don't know any new ones.

 I'm looking for one that's about them building their relationship and becoming friends and then more. Also, I'd appreciate it if it was either completed or updated frequently, please. Thanks.

PS - I've already read Atlas and The Flavor of Laughter.

Am I right in assuming you want long and plotty fics? Then I'll direct you here (http://csad.dreamwidth.org/20641.html). All of those have slow-building K/S with very interesting plots.

Otherwise, all K/S fanfics I'd rec you are here (http://www.delicious.com/csad/startrek%3A2009), with word counts ranging from <1,000 up to <156,000 to choose from.

Also, if you like TOS fics as well, here (http://www.delicious.com/csad/startrek%3Atos). Communication by Jenna Hilary Sinclair (http://www.ksarchive.com/viewstory.php?sid=1306&index=1) in particular is a must-read, though it's only about 9,000 words: Summary: It takes a war with the Tholians for Kirk and Spock to start talking truthfully with each other. //

I didn't see this on either of the rec lists, so I'm going to suggest kianspo's "Don't Stop Believing" series. VERY long, VERY slow-building K/S with Pike/Spock in the beginning. She's currently working on the next part. HIGHLY recommended.
