Missing story with Sarek and Kirk...

I'm looking for a story where on the one year anniversary of Vulcan's destruction and Amanda's death, Sarek goes to her headstone, and he finds Jim there.  Jim says he felt  he had to pay Amanda his respects.  He apologizes to Sarek for the scene on the bridge with Spock.  Sarek finds himself very impressed by Jim, and thinks his son is making a mistake not pursuing a relationship or even a friendship with him. 

Sarek couldn't stand Uhura, he thought she was very stuck up, a wrong fit for his son, and that Amanda would have hated her.  The story was a one-shot, and it wasn't terribly long.

No problem. I vaguely remembered the summary and was able to track it down fairly easily that way. I remembered enjoying it when I'd read it. I wish the author would write a follow up. There needs to be more Sarek-Kirk interaction
