Operation Annihilate! Fic

I lost a link I read some time ago. It was definitely a TOS fic.

Basically, the plot was that Spock didn't regain his eyesight after Operation Annihilate! He decided to leave the ship because of this, and McCoy went with him, as a personal doctor I think. The story ends with their departure.

While I'm on the subject, are there any other good stories with Blind!Spock? I'd really like to read them.
