I've read a number of stories that deal w. the fallout of Kirk and Spock Prime melding on Delta Vega and Kirk finding out that in the TOS verse he and Spock were lovers. EPIC LOVERS.
Often times the fic ends up w. Kirk/McCoy and/or Spock/Uhura telling Spock Prime he can go take a long walk off a short pier because Spock and Kirk are simply NOT going to get together that way.

Some fics it ends in OT3 (personal fave like: That's Why you Close Your Eyes by lilbatfacedgirl

The point is, those fics take it as law that kirk and spock were together in the other universe. Are there any fics out there where it is revealed via the meld that Spock's T'hy'la in the prime universe was BONES and the fallout occurring from that?

There is a lovely fic where nu!Spock gets a broad hint from Spock Prime that McCoy is the one and therefore considers it logical to pursue a closer relationahsip with the doctor. McCoy is having none of it (until at last he is, of course). Amanda's love of jazz plays a part! But I've no idea where I read it. I'm hoping someone else with rec it for you so I can go and reread it! :)
