Cave-In

I'm looking for a Kirk/Bones reboot fic where they are on a vacation and Bones is hurt in a cave-in. He and Kirk are stuck in the cave together, waiting to be rescued. I remember that Bones made Kirk check behind his ears for bruising and Kirk found a bruise growing larger by the second behind one of Bones' ears, meaning Bones was bleeding internally. In the end, they were saved by one of the locals using a Horta for tunneling... I remember that Kirk said that the local boy would have a great career in the Starfleet because not everybody could say they saved the captain of the Enterprise before they even joined the academy.
