I think it may have been on the kink meme but it was a bones/Jim fic where the entire bridge crew gets hit with Alien Whammy #5,689, and as such have a pack mentality, like a wolf pack. They still have all their intelligence and skills, but when Uhura tries to challenge Jim for Dominance she gets schooled...and Bones gets caught in the crossfire and Jim tries to mate w. him right there on the bridge...
