Kirk/Bones Migraine of Doom (no, not that doom)

Hi everybody! I've got a serious jonesing to read this story from a while back. It's a one shot, and ultimately Kirk/Bones.  In this story, Jim has a terrible migraine that gets increasingly worse. He ignores it for three days until finally collapsing in his quarters. Turns out Poor Jim had a brain parasite. Bones yells due to his surly manlove, and then sexy times ensue. Can anybody help???
