Looking for Chapel/Rand ficlet

startrekficfinderI'm looking for a short fic that had Rand/Chapel around christmas time.
Someone had hung mistletoe on Spocks door (Rand? Kirk?) and Nurse Chapel was upset so Janice gives her a boost to retrieve the mistletoe
Janice says something about how she passed the Starfleet physical so she would be strong enough to lift her and Chapel says something like Nurses don't have to be strong or something like that because she is wary of Janice lifting her or something
Thats all i can remember, i just can't believe i forgot to save it!
