Looking for tempgirl!Kirk/Spock fic

I posted this over on the other fic search comm with no luck so far. I remembered a couple more things about it so maybe the extra info will help too.

I'm looking for a fic where Spock has been captured by a female race planning to use him for 'breeding' purposes. Jim undergoes some kind of quick hormone change courtesy of Bones to turn himself into a girl so that he can go and rescue Spock. Something about the combination of being female and smelling, to Spock, like himself has Spock almost jumping him, or something to that effect. I believe that after they get back onto the ship, Spock warns Kirk off because now he's experiencing something similar to pon farr. And Kirk changes back to his male self at some point. I can't remember if they had sexytimes or not though :(
