I lost a Spock!Prime Ficcie

I keep wondering whether this is merely my illussion or hallucination but I seem to remember that there is a story where there is Spock!Prime and nu!Kirk interacting with each other right after the Nero downfall.

A particular scene that I remember is that nu!Kirk shows up on Spock!Prime's hotel's room with his duffel bag and asking him whether he can crash on his couch or not. I also remember that there are sexual intercourses during the stay and that nu!Kirk is kind of adamantly wanting to dump the Enterprise so he can be with Spock!Prime. Then to prevent this, Spock!Prime erases or suppresses nu!Kirk's memories on their relationship hence nu!Kirk ends up in Enterprise.

The ending is that several years later, nu!Kirk comes to New Vulcan to pick up Spock!Prime and saying that this time he gets to stay or something around that line.
