Looking for Torch's "Playboy of the Delta Quadrant" VOY P/K

I was going through old bookmarked fic to read, and found that my link to Torch's "Playboy of the Delta Quadrant"  www.strangeplaces.net/torch/voystories.html and her other Paris/Kim and Voyager stories was broken. I also could not find it anywhere else. Has Torch removed her fic from the web, and if so, does Torch have a policy on sharing copies if anyone has any?
