jim's flirting

I only remember one thing clearly about this particular story. I'm hoping its enough to jog someones memory. In the story Jim flirts with everyone all the time. He flirts with all of his crew and they all understand that the flirting doesn't really mean anything and that this is how jim relates to those around him. Spock and Uhura are ina relationship and feel it is inappropriate for jim to flirt with them (or anyone really) so they ask him to stop flirting with them. Jim complies because he doesn't want to make S/U uncomfortable. Jim starts being nothing but professional in his interactions with S/U. There is an obvious  difference in the way he treats S/U and how relaxed he is with everyone else. Im pretty sure the couple eventually regrets asking jim to be completely professional.
I've been thinking about this story for about a week now, but i cant remember enough about it to really search for it on my own. Somebody please help!
I'll also take recs for similar fics. Thanks!

EDIT : In one scene jim flirts with chekov on the bridge while chekov's boyfriend sulu is looking on and sulu eventually joins in.
