Spock/Kirk by the rainy shoreline

Hello everyone!

For the life of me I cannot remember what this fic is called or who wrote it. All I can remember about the fic is that Spock leaves Jim and the Enterprise to go to Gol. Jim is devastated but somehow pulls himself back together again with the help of the crew. A few years later while on shore leave, Jim runs across Spock who is visiting his former crew mates as part of his Gol training. Something to do with saying goodbye to them and he saves Jim for last. Of course Jim somehow gets hurt, wakes up to see Bones/his crew, and Spock is long gone. And I also remember that later on Jim is getting intense headaches as there maybe a link/bond between him and Spock. It is possible Spock is trying to destroy the link/bond with Jim, but of course the captain fights back. Eventually it stops and while on shore leave Jim meets Spock again by the sea when its raining. They do eventually get back together and of course Jim is sick in bed.
