 This really is the weirdest search ever, BUT!
I read this line in a fic: "McCoy shouts, "I—want—mesh—wire!"

Jim squints one eye. His farm-boy-self says, "Chicken wire?""

And was wondering if there were any fics where Jim's Iowa specific upbringing shine through?
Failing that, just Jim's childhood in general, Frank being abusive, Tarsusm whatever :)
