Spock/Kirk "Fake Marriage"

Okay, I'm a real idiot for not remembering the title or the whereabouts of this fic.

So it's about Kirk having to marry somebody due to concerns regarding his birthplace, if I remember correctly, it's because of political reasons as it stated in the summary. Spock offered marriage. Spock also had some doubts since he was feeling something for Kirk at the time.

Someone was sent in to check on them. This person said that they were not really intimate with each other but Kirk got hurt and Spock had rushed to sickbay.

They kissed using their their hands. They moved in together. There was also a moment where I believe there was male conception that had been approved earlier than what Spock expected.

I haven't had the chance to finish it. It's quite long and had 8-10 chapters at least.
