help! Lost fic

i'm looking for an entry, where i think Kirk was injured by an arrow or something similar. Whatever was on the arrow, left behind a poison, that leaves Kirk in so much pain Mccoy has nothing that will help. Uhura is concerned and pops sown to sickbay, and sees Mccoy holding Kirk on the biobed, as it is the only way to make him comfortable.........Please tell me i didn't dream this story???
