McCoy/Kirk

So I'm looking for a fic that I recently read but I can't find it anymore T_T so I'm asking if anyone can help me find it.

It's a McCoy/Kirk fic, The part I remeber is one where Kirk takes an arrow on his back protecting Uhura, and it had a tipe of poison that made usening painkillers imposible so he has to suffer it without them.

McCoy is in the biobed with him, then Uhura walks in to ask how Kirk is doing and finds them.

So anyone can help me?
