I'm looking for an h/c in which Jim flies through a glass window and Bones has to patch him up. Though Jim's catastrophically injured (severed carotid artery or similar), he's initially unaware of the severity of his injuries--to him, they feel "ichy"--and tries to scratch at them. Spock has to restrain him (possibly bruising/breaking his wrists in the process) while Bones works on him.
Pretty sure it was Kirk/McCoy, but it might have been K/S.
Any thoughts?
