 I'm looking for longer slash stories (10.000+) that takes place after the reboot movie. Happy endings - or endings that can be read as happy -only :)

Here's my Kirk/Sulu recs, Kirk/Spock, Kirk/McCoy, and Chekov/McCoy. There's wordcounts listed there, and I generally only read happy fics, so the vast majority should have happy endings.

In particular from those lists, I'd recommend:
Kirk/Sulu: it comes naturally (when you're with me) and Whatever a Moon Has Always Meant (which has a happy ending, but takes a long (but good) time in getting there).
Kirk/Spock: Slow Beginnings, Homecoming, We Live in Detail Series, and So Wise We Grow (!!! amazing).
Kirk/McCoy: One Little White Lie, For the Greater Good, and Twice Shy (an AU, but mostly takes place on the Enterprise, and is awesome).
Chekov/McCoy The Gap Between and its follow-up, Causality

It's a Kirk/Spock fic. Part 1 of a trilogy and has about 1 chapter left before the second fic starts. It does have temp-a-girl!Kirk turning to Hermaphrodite!Kirk, and is a slightly AU teen fic with a bit of mpreg as well. Don't know if you like that, but thought I would toss this out there for you.

An absolute must read is Atlas (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5344838/1/Atlas) by Angel Baby1. It's an epic, well-written, beyond interesting K/S fic.
