So I remember the Kirk's are at some party, maybe it was on Vulcan, I don't remember exactly but there are lots of Vulcans there. And Jim and Spock sit together during some music and become friends. And then when some bullies come over Jim's stands up to them but he pronounces something wrong and when the bullies make fun of him, Spock is like, 'you obviously misunderstood him and maybe you should get your ears checked.' something like that. And then everyone is sitting at the table and Spock and Jim are trying different desserts and Jim declares he is going to marry Spock.

It was adorable and if I am remembering correctly was the first part in a series. I'd really like to find this if anyone has any idea of what I am talking about. A million thanks in advanced :)
