Spock/Uhura, Human!Spock

Hi guys! I've been out of the fandom for a while, but I kind of wanted to see if this one story had been updated/finished since I left. It had Spock being raised as a human, which would normally squick me out, but this was extremely well written. Spock's father had also died on the Kelvin, and Spock's mother took him to earth to live with Jim and his mom. Uhura was in Iowa for something to deal with Starfleet, and she met Kirk and Spock at a bar. I remember one part where it was revealed that both Jim and Spock had scored well on their SF entrance exams, but hadn't joined up yet. I think maybe Jim's mom was sick, and Spock was giving her blood? The last thing I remember is them going to Vulcan to get a full-blooded Vulcan's blood.
