Specific Chekov/Sulu

Oh, man, this will be so vague, and not helpful, but I'm looking for a Chekov/Sulu fic where they're on the ship and are starting up a relationship. The rest of the crew don't approve. They think Chekov is either too young, or that Sulu may just be using him for sex. If I recall, at one point, Kirk takes Chekov (or was it Sulu?) aside and asks them if he's serious about the relationship and gives his blessing. The story was long.
