Kirk interacting with (Vulcan)children

Ok I have found a few of these fics on my own but not very many, so I have to ask can you rec me any fic in which Kirk interacts with children, Vulcan children especially but any will do really. I want to see Spocks reaction to the interaction as well if possible. I would truly prefer that the child involved not actually belong to him but young Spock stories where Jim ends up in charge of him would be appreciated. Slash more then welcome and gen when necessary but as little het a possible please.

There's a section in Atlas (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5344838/1/Atlas) (I think the second section) when Jim interacts with a lot of children — one Vulcan child in particular too.
