Kirk/Spock Reboot Pon Farr fic - Found!

Help me, kind souls!

A while ago I read a Star Trek XI fic, which I stupidly forgot to bookmark.

As a result of the mindmeld between Kirk and Spock Prime, Kirk is bonded to Spock and somehow winds up undergoing Pon Farr, and he goes into isolation on a planet, where he's later joined by Spock (for sexytimes).

Does this sound familiar to anyone? (Sorry for the bad description.)

I seem to remember it being relatively long, too.
