In depth

In most fics i've read, regardless of the pairing or plot, whenever the subject of abuse, trauma, PTSD, tourture, or anything similer comes up it is almost never explored in depth.

What i'm looking for is any fics where one or more of these issues are talked about or explored in a deep, realitic way.

This can be by talking, inner monglauge, third person POV... whatever. The pairing and plot do not matter.
