Two Reboot Fics

Hey all! Sorry about this -- I can't figure out what happened to my bookmarks, and even though they should be somewhere on my Delicious, I can't find them.

1) Sadly, the only thing I distinctly recall from this was that Bones was treating Kirk for something. Kirk was sitting down, and Bones needed to get closer, so instead of moving both his legs to one side, Kirk spread them. In particular, Bones was thinking that Kirk was "aggressive about personal space."

2) This... I'm not sure if it was K/M, but it was interesting. Bones, before this takes place, saves a Romulan's life, and he goes on to kill four members of the crew before escaping. Pike sends him a scathing letter about it, and Bones spends ages greatly upset about it. Later, it turns out that the Romulan was a leader of another ship they run into, and the Enterprise is allowed to go free because McCoy calls on some Romulan law/code of honor thing where, since he saved the man's life, he has to do him a favor or something like that.
