Spock/Uhura H/C and Heroes Crossover

I'm looking for two things in specific...

1. There seems to be an abundance of hurt Kirk stories out there, but while I love those indeed, the h/c junkie in me is screaming for some hurt Spock, specificially of the seemingly rarer Spock/Uhura variety. Sick Spock and emotionally vulnerable Spock is always good, too, so don't hold back ;).

2. I remember reading an ST:XI/Heroes crossover in which Sylar had killed Spock at the age of five and assumed his identity, so Spock's entire life portrayed thoughout the movie was indeed Sylar. He fell in love with Kirk, but Claire and Peter (who were living on a planet designated for evolved humans) exposed him for who he truly was. I remember that it ended with Spock tied up and Kirk practically shaking with anger at being betrayed, but for the love of God, I can't find it. It was a fantastic fic, and I'd love to read it again.
