K/S Reboot, Chinese New Year

I'm looking for a particular K/S fic in which Spock is offered a promotion and Kirk practically shoves him out the door despite not wanting him to leave. The fic features a Kirk who doesn't relise he's in love untill he's on his way to drunk and a Spock being a bit of a drama queen. The setting is a federation space station that celebrating the chinese new year.

The Author is somebody completely obvious, whom I just can't remember at the moment.
