Looking for two fics:
1-) kirk/spock. AU. Spock had been hurt and send to rehab in a planet. On that planet he had a nurse named Ms.Kirk(married to SamKirk). The Kirks have a farm, Spock meets Jim-they kinda bond..But Jim is scared and run.So Spock gets back to his post-on a ship with Captain Pike. Only something happens and they get CaptainKirk. Spook is still mad so he acts all Vulcan. Jim declares his feelings, Spock tells him off but they end up together(something about a true gas-alien).FOUND (in comment)

2-)kirk/Bones. Au Bones as a MD in a hospital and Kirk as a mob kingpin. Bones get kidnapped and Jim saves him. Are there any more mobs fic? FOUND!!!!(in comments)

All of the following are Kirk/McCoy:

There is one by checkerboxed called So Wait for the Stone at Your Window (http://checkerboxed.livejournal.com/7864.html#cutid1) and So Wait for the Stone at Your Window Part 2 (http://checkerboxed.livejournal.com/8562.html) where both Jim and Bones work for mob boss Pike and try and capture a botanist named Sulu. Uhura gets involved, but I won't spoil it.

There is also one by TanzenPlZen called Deny Thy Father and Refuse Thy Name. It's MPreg where Jim is pregnant with a rival boss' baby. The link takes you to ff.net.

There is another one by roflolmaomg called Arrows Fill the Sky (http://community.livejournal.com/jim_and_bones/310084.html?thread=10158660#t10158660) where Jim is an FBI agent and Bones is a criminal. The link takes you to jim_and_bones where you have to be a member to read.

I had another one where Jim is a criminal/mob boss and Bones was a priest who was starting to lose his faith, called The Beast You Made Me, but that link no longer works.

I also have several more were one or both are FBI agents if you want those links, too.
