K/S with fatherly affection from Sarek
Aug. 23rd, 2009 07:37 amHi all!
I would love for any suggestions or recs to stories that are K/S with Sarek and/or Amanda just really accepting Jim and even calling him their son. Real genuine affection for Jim. I would love love love if anybody could point me to some stories that had this (even if it's not the main point of the story).
Thank you!
P.S. - er, how do we tag our searches? I mean, I know how to tag in my journal, so is it the same way, where we just find the appropriate tag and label it? Just don't want to create any future extra work for people if I don't have to...thanks!

Wonderful series...
Date: 2010-10-28 09:03 pm (UTC)The Tangled Destiny series by Keira Marcos' has a sub plot of motherly Amanda to a 16 year old Jim. Sarek instinctively considers him family and telepathically shields him, which is a big deal.
Official summary series: Spock convinces his father to move to Earth after refusing to bond with T’Pring. The consequences of this change the dynamics of his family and sets him on the path that will lead him directly to James Kirk.
Warnings: Child abuse, Empathic!Jim, sex between two consenting teenagers, Kirk/Spock slash, other slash, a very AU ST: XI.
The series has 7 stories in it, each one can stand on their own, and the author is planning at least ten total. I highly recommend them. They're amazing.
