Concussion at the academy??

Grr this is driving me insane and I'm not even sure of the remainder of the story - all I remember is it's an academy fix where Jim has a useless roomate and Bones comes in one morning to find he has concussion as the roomate let him sleep with a head injury.....

Any ideas at all?? All suggestions greatly appreciated
