Verbally abusive Uhura

I am trying to find a fic which starts out with Spock in a relationship with a verbally abusive Uhura.

I remember the fic was written in response to a challenge where Vulcan women are the dominant ones in the relationship. This means Spock is the submissive one in the S/U relationship.

There is a scene where JIm witnesses a fight betweenSpock and Uhura where Spock does nothing to respond but takes it with his head bowed. He tells Spock later that the way she was saying it counts as abuse. Spock tells Jim that didn't know what to expect from a relationship with a human and so didn't realise the relationship had crossed the line over to verbally abusive.

Chances are it ends either K/S slash or preslash seeing as that is my fic of choice :) 

Any help would be really appreciated - this has been knocking round in my brain and my googling skills have failed me.
