There is a fic out there were Jim and Bones decide to start a relationship but Bones does not want to go public. So they decide that Jim should keep messing around with other people, but it turns out that is not working for Bones.

So then they decide to have Jim start flirting with Bones in public.

Shit I can remember the whole story but I cannot find it for the life of me.
