K/S Wedding Fic?

So, I'm looking for a fic that I lost and will probably kick myself for forgetting what it is when it's found, but I'm looking for a specific K/S wedding fic ._.

I don't remember much, but I do remember that a general was/is trying to get Kirk out of command and found some obscure law that said to be a captain you had to have citizenship with more federation planets than non-federation, and since Kirk was born in clingon airspace the admiral would claim that he doesn't meet it since he has Earth and Klingon citizenship, which was equal.

When Spock finds out about this, he offers to marry Kirk, thus solving the problem, though they only have like a 2 day/week window. I know that the admiral becomes suspicious of the arrangement and I think there was some sort of investigation/inquiry into it but they pass. I don't think they were together before the marriage but they certainly were after.

Anyone able to help me out? >.<
