Looking for specific Kirk/Spock fic

Anyone help me find this particular fic? I think it was Reboot, where Kirk and Spock were both aware of mutual attraction but have not done anything about it. Don't remember the reasons, but the scene that i still remember is Kirk trying to escape from a celebration or something, trying to avoid a harassing princess or ambassador's assistant by hiding on a secluded balcony. Where Spock finds him and makes out him, a very aggressive Spock finally taking the first step. :)

one of my favorite writers and stories it sounds like. its got the mutual attraction, balcony, fleeing a party, and make out scene :)
