Forehead Kissing

I'm looking for a Kirk/Spock story that starts off with Spock still with Uhura and Jim being jealous of the way he kisses her forehead. I think I remember him talking to Bones about he wouldn't give up forehead kisses if he was getting them.

It eventually ends up with Kirk and Spock together (and Jim getting kissed on the forehead) and I'm sure there was a larger plot going on but I can't for the life of me remember. Sound familiar to anyone?
