09 verse Injured Kirk

Hey all,

I'm looking for a fic or series where Kirk is abducted, drugged and raped on shore leave. The bad guys record it and it later turns out that an admiral was in on a whole series of incidents like this. I think that Spock breaks up with Jim (but I may be thinking of another story). Anyway, Jim talks to Bones and decides to go on medical leave while he goes to therapy. Several years later, the Enterprise docks back at Earth and the crew comes to give lectures and cadets keep on asking why they haven't published/found more since the early years of their journey (when Jim was Captain). They find out that Jim and Bones are married and quite happy on the newest flagship of Starfleet.
