Kirk/Spock

Read the story last week and can't remember where or even the name of the story:

A relationship between Kirk and Spock isn't allowed so the higher ups of starfleet are interviewing their friends on the enterprise.

All the people interviewed are protecting them and are comparing Sulu to Kirk and Chevok to Spock on how to get around answering questions.

Scotty, Mccoy, and Uhura also interviewed. Archer is there as part of the higher ups and the story is in the higher ups point of view, also has a squeal.
