Kirk/Pike interactions?

I would really like fics that focus on Jim's and Pike's relationship, whether fatherly, friendly or romantic.
I've read a few fics that include amazing banter between the two, so am looking for more of the same.
Literally anything goes, crossovers, pairings, any are fair game.

Western Skies (http://archiveofourown.org/series/3346) by anruiukimi. Crossover - sort of - with x-men. A series that is a wip, and not that frequently updated, but the beginning is lovely, Jim is 11. Try it!
Also, Tangled Destinies (http://keiramarcos.com/category/star-trek/tangled-destinies/) by keiramarcos. Also wip, unfortunately.
And I seem to have only wip:s today; Reverse Order (http://blcwriter.livejournal.com/tag/reverse%20order) by blcwriter is building up to kirk/bones/pike. It's long, but not updated in a while.
