Kirk/McCoy, Shuttle Crash

Hiya. I'm looking for a fic in which Kirk and McCoy are away on an alien planet to attend some kind of treaty signing. While they're there, there's a coup and Kirk and McCoy are framed for the assassination of a high ranking official. They escape in one of the aliens' shuttles, but end up crashing on a mountain. McCoy is seriously injured in the crash, so they aren't able to go further on foot and end up taking shelter in a cave. Kirk needs to regularly administer hyposprays (antibiotics?) to McCoy, but they know they're going to run out soon and that McCoy won't survive long after that point. Spoiler for the end of the fic:

After they've run out of medicine and McCoy is unconscious, Kirk is dicking around with a phaser weapon and ends up accidentally firing it in such a way that the Enterprise is able to lock onto them.

Any help finding this will be greatly appreciated! This has been driving me crazy!!
