Hey guys, I'm looking for a fic that I read forever back and I can't seem to find it anywhere now. The setting is after the Enterprise has returned to earth and Spock is being held on trial by the admirals for being emotionally compromised/going offship to for personal reasons(saving his parents) during the Narada attack. The admirals are threatening to discharge Spock or something, and Jim just barges in the room and epic-ly defends Spock by bringing up all these Starfleet codes and regulations. Does anybody know this fic?

Might you be thinking of the Don't Stop Believing Series by Kianspo? It's an AU, and after the Enterprise saves the day and comes back to Earth, Spock is arrested and led across the Academy grounds in shackles? He's too distraught by events to seek counsel or defend himself, so Kirk comes to his defense, much to Spock's surprise?
