Unappreciated!Bones meets Alternate Universe!Kirk

Hello! I'm looking for a TOS story that has a Kirk from a universe where Bones died stepping through a portal(?) into the regular TOS universe. Jim and Spock find him and take him back to the ship, where AU!Kirk is unhappy with their treatment of McCoy. As far as I can recall, it was Bones' birthday and they forgot?

Any help would be very much loved. :)
