Threesome

Trying to find a fic there was a threesome with Kirk Spock and McCoy but I don't think that Kirk was a steady member of the threesome until later or tried to pull away when Spock knocked up McCoy.  Bones had twins and the threesome reconciled and there was either a sequel or epilogue with Kirk being pregnant and the twins pushing him down the hall in a wheelchair.  Could be getting fives mixed up I have read something similar where Spock was the pregnant one but the one I'm looking for is definitely Bones being the pregnant one!
